The 6024 Club, the Enterprisers, is seeking your support so it can enter another successful year of designing and building a robot to compete in the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics competition.

However, registering for the competition and building a working robot is not cheap. All teams are charged a $1,000 dollar fee for the kit of parts and an additional $800 dollar fee for each regional event they plan to attend. Teams also need money to buy tools and materials to build the robot as well as mentors and volunteers to help point the team in the right direction.

We are asking for your support in whatever form you can give. We will gratefully accept any monetary donations to reach our $5,000 goal. We can also use machining/manufacturing services, donations of raw building materials or hardware components, and volunteers to help as both engineering and non-engineering mentors.
